Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ClaimSatoshi ("we") collects when you use claimsatoshi.xyz, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you create an account

  • Email address, username and a password, which is stored hashed and never in plain text.
  • If you use "Continue with Google": your Google account's verified email address. We do not get your Google password.
  • The referral link or campaign that brought you to the site, if any.

When you use the site

  • IP address and country. Used to prevent multiple accounts, VPN/proxy use and fraud, and to show offers available in your country.
  • Activity records. Claims, ad views, shortlinks, tasks, offerwall credits, levels, balances and referrals. These are needed to credit rewards and keep balances correct.
  • Withdrawal details. The payout method, the wallet address or payment account (such as a FaucetPay email) you enter, the amounts and the dates.
  • Security records. Logs of failed captchas, suspected cheating and blocked actions.
  • Task proof you submit for manual tasks.

Why we use it

  • To run your account, credit rewards and process withdrawals.
  • To stop fraud, bots and multiple accounts, which keeps rewards possible for everyone.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To understand which pages and traffic sources work, through analytics described below.
  • To send account emails such as password resets.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each service needs:

  • Payment providers (for example FaucetPay): your payout address or account and the amount, to send your withdrawal.
  • Offerwall, shortlink and PTC partners: your user ID and the actions you complete on their service. When you use their pages, they collect data under their own privacy policies.
  • Security services: your IP address may be checked with VPN/proxy detection services (such as proxycheck.io or IPHub), and captchas are provided by hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used. Where consent is required, they run only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Advertising: ad networks such as Coinzilla and the FaucetPay ad server show banners and may use cookies under their own policies.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Public lists, such as recent payouts and the leaderboard, show usernames or masked payout details, not full email addresses.

Public blockchain

Withdrawals sent on a blockchain are permanently public on that network. We cannot remove them.

How long we keep it

  • Account and balance data: while your account exists, and afterwards as long as needed for fraud prevention and accounting.
  • Detailed faucet claim history: about 2 days. Cheat logs: about 14 days.
  • Withdrawal records: kept, because they are needed to resolve payment disputes and prevent fraud.
  • Analytics visitor ID cookie: up to 395 days.

Your choices and rights

  • You can decline analytics cookies in the consent banner where it is shown, or block cookies in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us. We may keep records we need for fraud prevention or legal reasons.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are hashed and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password, and never share your wallet's seed phrase or private key with anyone. We will never ask for it.

Children

ClaimSatoshi is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Privacy questions: see Contact & Support.
