ClaimSatoshi is a rewards platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is not a bank, investment service, cryptocurrency exchange or financial adviser. Account balances displayed on the website do not necessarily represent cryptocurrency held in a segregated wallet or funds held in trust for users.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You agree to use ClaimSatoshi lawfully and honestly. The following activities are prohibited:

6. Submitting false information, fabricated evidence, fraudulent survey responses or misleading task-completion claims.
7. Exploiting bugs, software vulnerabilities, incorrect reward calculations or other technical errors for personal gain.
8. Interfering with the website, its servers, its advertising systems or the experience of other users.
9. Using ClaimSatoshi to distribute malware, phishing links, spam or unlawful content.
10. Attempting to evade account restrictions by creating new accounts or changing identifying details.

VPNs, proxies, Tor, hosting-based IP addresses and other anonymising connections may be restricted where necessary to comply with third-party provider rules, prevent abuse or protect account integrity. Any such restrictions will be applied according to the relevant feature's requirements and applicable law.

Shared networks, mobile networks and inaccurate automated risk signals can occasionally affect legitimate users. A technical or security flag alone does not necessarily establish misconduct.

5. Rewards, balances and earning rates

Rewards are credited according to the rules, rates and eligibility requirements displayed for the relevant activity.

2. Starting or attempting a task does not guarantee a reward.

We may correct calculation errors, duplicate credits or other demonstrable accounting mistakes. Any adjustment to an earned balance will be handled consistently with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Offerwalls, surveys and third-party tasks

ClaimSatoshi may display tasks, offers, surveys and promotions supplied by independent third-party providers. By participating in such activities, you acknowledge that:

1. Each provider may impose its own eligibility, geographic, device, age, purchase, completion and verification requirements.
2. Providers may determine whether a task has been completed successfully and whether a reward is payable.
3. Rewards may be delayed while the provider validates a completion.
4. A provider may reject, reverse or withhold a reward where its rules have not been satisfied or where a completion is determined to be invalid.
5. Duplicate participation, fabricated responses, prohibited traffic sources and attempts to manipulate provider tracking may result in disqualification.
6. ClaimSatoshi cannot guarantee that every completed activity will be tracked or credited by a third-party provider.

If a task does not credit correctly, please contact ClaimSatoshi Support at support@claimsatoshi.xyz with the task name, provider, approximate completion date and any available supporting evidence. We will review the matter where reasonably possible, although the provider may control the final validation decision.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Withdrawals and payments

Withdrawals are subject to the requirements displayed for the selected cryptocurrency and payment method.

1. You must satisfy the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and any other displayed eligibility requirements.
2. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by technical issues, network congestion, maintenance, payment-provider reviews or security checks.

4. Where withdrawals are processed through FaucetPay or another third-party payment provider, you may also be subject to that provider's terms and requirements.
5. You are responsible for entering the correct wallet address, network and any required memo or destination tag.
6. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. ClaimSatoshi cannot guarantee recovery of cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address supplied by a user.
7. A withdrawal may be temporarily delayed while a legitimate security, fraud or payment issue is investigated.
8. If a withdrawal fails and the payment provider confirms that the transfer was not completed, the corresponding eligible balance may be restored to your account.
9. We may request reasonable information necessary to verify account ownership or investigate a suspected payment issue.

We will not treat a temporary investigation as automatic forfeiture of legitimate earnings. Valid undisputed balances will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

8. Account security, fraud reviews and suspensions

ClaimSatoshi may use technical signals, activity patterns, provider reports and other proportionate measures to identify suspected abuse. Where reasonably necessary, we may:

• Temporarily limit reward-generating activities.
• Hold a disputed or suspicious reward pending verification.
• Pause withdrawals while investigating a relevant payment or security concern.
• Suspend account access during an investigation.
• Reverse rewards established to have resulted from fraud, duplicate crediting or prohibited activity.
• Permanently close accounts where serious or repeated violations are established.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify your account or explain a disputed transaction.

We will consider relevant evidence and provide a reasonable way to contact Support about restrictions. We may limit disclosure of specific fraud-detection methods where disclosure would undermine security or enable abuse.

Restrictions and reward adjustments will be proportionate to the circumstances. We will not knowingly use this section to confiscate legitimate earnings without a valid basis.

9. Referral programme

ClaimSatoshi may offer referral rewards under the rules displayed in the referral section.

1. Referral commissions, eligibility requirements and reward rates are determined by the applicable programme rules.
2. A referral must represent a genuine new user and cannot be created by referring yourself or operating duplicate accounts.
3. Spam, deceptive promotional claims, impersonation and unauthorised use of another person's information are prohibited.

11. Advertising purchases and refunds

Advertising purchases and other paid features are subject to the prices, delivery terms and refund rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Where a campaign is cancelled, any refund or unused advertising credit will be calculated according to the applicable campaign rules and the service already delivered.

If an advertisement is removed because it violates these Terms, any refund will depend on the circumstances, the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Account inactivity and account deletion

You may request account closure by contacting ClaimSatoshi Support at support@claimsatoshi.xyz or using an available account-deletion feature.

Before requesting deletion, we recommend withdrawing any eligible balance and resolving pending payment issues.

Account deletion does not automatically result in a payout or remove legitimate outstanding disputes, reversals or legal obligations.

We may establish an inactivity policy and, where applicable, provide reasonable notice before taking action affecting an inactive account or its balance. Any inactivity-related forfeiture or balance adjustment will be subject to applicable law and the policy disclosed to users.

Certain information may need to be retained after account closure for legal compliance, security, accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention. Such information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property

ClaimSatoshi and its licensors retain their rights in the website's software, branding, design, original content and other protected materials.
