What to include
- Your ClaimSatoshi username.
- What happened, with the date and approximate time.
- For a withdrawal: the method, amount, and the address or FaucetPay email you used.
- For an offerwall offer: the offerwall name, the offer name, when you finished it, and screenshots or confirmation emails. Many offerwalls also have their own support form, which is usually the quickest fix. See our offerwall troubleshooting checklist.
Stay safe: we will never ask for your password, your wallet's seed phrase or private key, or a payment to "unlock" a withdrawal. Anyone who does is not ClaimSatoshi.
