Completed an Offer but Got No Reward? How to Troubleshoot Offerwalls

You finished the survey, installed the app or hit the game level, but the reward never arrived. That is frustrating, and it is common. Work through this checklist in order. Most cases are solved by step 3.

1. Check whether it is pending, not missing

• Look at your account history for a pending or held entry. Larger offerwall rewards are often held for a few days before they become spendable.
• Check the offer's crediting time. Many say "up to 24 hours", and game milestones can take longer.

2. Make sure the requirements were actually met

• Re-read the offer: exact level, purchase, time limit, "new users only", country.
• Was it your first time doing this offer on any site, on this device? Repeat users are usually not paid.
• Did you start from the offerwall link, and in the same browser or device you completed it on?

3. Check the common tracking killers

• VPN, proxy or private DNS turned on.
• Ad blockers or tracker blockers active during the offer.
• Installing the app from a search instead of through the offer link.
• Clearing cookies or using incognito mode partway through.
• For surveys: being screened out, or answers flagged as inconsistent or too fast.

If one of these applies, the offer probably can't be credited. Learn from it for next time.

4. Collect evidence

• Screenshots showing the requirement completed, such as the game level, with the date visible.
• Confirmation emails or receipts.
• The offer name, the offerwall name, your reward-site username or user ID, and when you started and finished.

5. Contact the offerwall first

Only the offerwall network can see whether the advertiser recorded your conversion. Most walls have a "Support" or "Missing reward" link inside the wall itself. Use it and attach your evidence. Some networks only accept claims within a set number of days, so don't wait too long.

6. Then contact the reward site if needed

If the offerwall confirms the reward was sent but you don't see it, or it was reversed and you think that's wrong, contact the reward site. On ClaimSatoshi, use the details on Contact & Support and include everything from step 4.

Why a credited reward can disappear later

Advertisers can reject conversions after the fact. Common reasons are fraud checks, uninstalling the app straight away, or duplicate devices.
